Akanksha is the Lead at Digikargha, an organisation committed to empowering artisans and revitalising India’s rich handloom and handicraft heritage through digital innovation. With a strong background in communication strategy, brand building, and marketing, she brings a strategic edge to promoting craft communities. Akanksha is also a workshop facilitator, specialising in digital marketing, online safety and security, platform literacy, and bridging the digital divide to help artisans thrive in the digital economy.

Bhakti Tirthani

Bhakti Tirthani is a Communication Designer from ISDI, Mumbai. She believes in using design and a systemic approach to socio-cultural challenges. She has collaborated with brands like Ruas, sharing artisans’ stories, and partnered with organisations like Kutch Mahila Vikas Sangathan for gender sensitization projects. As a member of the Creative Dignity movement, Bhakti has managed communications, designed campaigns, helped organise craft events, and created modules for digital skill-building among artisans. Her goal is to apply her skills to various creative ecosystems, bridging local solutions with global perspectives.

Madhusmita Goswami

For nearly two decades, she has been an entrepreneur, spending 12 successful years running her own retail venture in India. After relocating to Singapore, she took on the role of Creative Head at a sustainable fashion brand, leading marketing, design, and sales. Her career began in advertising, and she holds a Post-Graduate Diploma in Communications. With Madhouse Creative, she brings together her extensive expertise in brand building, entrepreneurship, and design to support small businesses. She believes that every passion-driven entrepreneur has the potential to become an unstoppable force in their industry and make a positive impact on the world. Her mission is to help them gain unwavering confidence in their ability to succeed by building a strong, strategic brand with a crystal-clear vision at its core.

Jayati Rautela

Jayati Rautela is an experienced communications and development specialist with experience in the field of social impact. She has a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and Journalism (Galgotias University) and has sharpened her skillset in storytelling, media strategy, and communication design. Jayati holds the Deputy Manager, Communication and Media position at the Digital Empowerment Foundation (DEF), where she is responsible for planning and executing integrated communicative plans capable of enhancing the brand identity and strengthening the outreach of planned projects.
